Thierry Lepercq – CEO

solairedirect thierry lepercq A graduate of HEC, Thierry Lepercq represents the company when dealing with local and national bodies, governments and politicians, public and private partners and investors. He brings his expertise to the start up and development of technology companies, financial engineering and negotiations in mergers and partnership deals.

After a career in corporate banking in the high tech sector (Bankers Trust, Banque Arjil, Oddo), he set up NetsCapital in 1999. It was the first financial company specialised in technology companies. In 2003, he founded Novatio Partners, a consultancy specialised in innovation in the energy sector. He notably coordinated the work of the Réseau Innovation Énergie, a think-tank made of leading energy specialists and venture capitalists.

Stéphane Jallat – Managing Director

solairedirect stephane jallat A Supelec graduate, Stéphane Jallat is responsible for all Solairedirect’s business in France and abroad.
His experience includes initiating the industrial development of Tenesol, a photovoltaics subsidiary of Total and EDF. He was previously the Managing Director of Tenesol South Africa, an industrial photovoltaic module production unit, employing 250 people.
He brings his expertise in managing industrial processes and negotiating with industrial partners.

Amaury Korniloff – Deputy Managing Director

solairedirect amaury korniloff A graduate of the Ecole des Mines engineering school in Paris, Amaury Korniloff is Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of business development. He brings his expertise in strategic marketing in the energy sector and in the development of new energy activities.
After holding different positions in the Shell Group, he went on to head up the Strategy and Marketing Department of Butagaz in 1998. In 2004, he became Head of Development at Poweo.
